Adds translation capabilities to a Moodle course. The course teacher(s) can control which languages are available to users through the block configuration page.
It uses AJAX alongside the Google Translation API, and requires JavaScript compatible web browsers to be able to function correctly.
Usage: enter text to translate, select a language and hit 'Translate'!
