Allows you to create custom polls for use in a Moodle course. A course can have many polls created within it; you can then choose which one to display through the block configuration tabs.

As a course teacher, you are able to create, edit and delete any polls which are part of your course, as well as view detailed response information for each.

Now includes postgres7 table setup script.
